- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Event Hosting
Event organizers agree to:
- Provide accurate event information including date, time, location, and pricing
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Ensure events are safe and accessible for attendees
- Handle refunds and cancellations in accordance with stated policies
5. Ticket Purchases & Payments
- All ticket purchases are subject to availability
- Prices are displayed in the currency specified and include applicable fees
- Refund policies are set by individual event organizers
- Blend is not responsible for event cancellations by organizers
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Resell tickets without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Blend or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Blend a license to use such content for platform operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blend provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
